About Muddy water, it's basically a surf BPed water move with the effect of mud-slap, and 85% accuracy, so I would think if Vaporeon can learn mud-slap, it should be able to learn muddy water, since Flareon can learn Flame wheel, and Jolteon can learn Shock wave, and the strongest TM available for a water tpe with decent accuracy is Bubblebeam with a base power of 60, I believe.

it seems i made a mistake a while back. I taught my Eevee Dragonbreath because a pokedex i use to look up moves said that Eevee could learn it. it seems the pokedex was wrong, and someone recently brought this to my attention. So Dragonbreath is no longer on Myst's move list.
On the plus side, it was an EMT TM, so i get the TM back right?
And now I'd like a Cruch TM for him, so he can have an attack replace the one just removed from his move list. ^_^

Each person can ask for one free ticket, and then you can buy extra tickets for 2 stamps each. All the stamps from the tickets go to the Proverbial Pot.
Once the Pot has enough stamps, 3 winning tickets will be randomly chosen.

Prizes
• The first prize will be 2/3 of the stamps in the Pot.
• The 2nd prize will be 1/3 of the stamps in the Pot.

That was answered at the initiation of the last version of this place, and nothing happens to those stamps. They just disappear. Just remember it's not like ASB so it doesn't have to be so uptight.

If you've ever participated in the lottery before in real life, the pot is based on the money raised by the tickets sold.
