Poll: The Summer 2003 Cartoon Character Contest-Division Semifinals

I'm pretty surprised myself that this tournament has made it this far! Anyway, The Summer 2003 Cartoon Character Contest is now on Round 3, which means that three quarters of all the competitors have been eliminated! Only quality cartoons have made it this far, and who's going to the Division Finals is completely uncertain. Only you can decide! (Funny how Fred Flintstone beats all his opponents at the last minute. Will he this time, or will Fry's space-age technology overwhelm him?)

RULES: You vote for each match on who you want to advance to the Division Finals. Whoever gets the most votes advances. It's that simple. It's just like the tournament done on GameFAQs (http://www.gamefaqs.com), except with much smaller numbers. But you've got until Friday, August 15th to cast your votes! All votes after that will not count! But enough talk. Here are the matches:

I know I've been saying up until now that Rocko's bad luck will be his downfall. With his two soaring victories, it would seem like ZIM stands no chance.
However, there have been episodes where things started to go well for Rocko, and then... POW! He winds up in a very uncomfortable position. The law of accident-proneness is going to come down on him like ZIM's fist.
