Naah... the Arcanine isn't your original artwork, is it? You copied that pose from Heather Campbell, the original pic is in pojo.com's Pokédex. You really shouldn't do that. It's not only a violation of copyright, it also won't help you to become any better.

As for the other pics, it's a promising start I'd say. Keep it up and work hard and you'll go far.
