hmmm... i'd suggest fully evolving all your pokemon. *shrug*

mudkip : 'volve. reckless/curse/earthquake/something? surf, combo?

kinogassa : looks good to me. maybe combo and, like, stun spore over some stuff. he's cool.

donmeru : 'volve again ^_^; mine has howl over sunny day (it's from breeding iirc)... but whatever.

furaigon : fly on anything with a 4x weakness is kind of asking for it imho. i like the idea of dragon claw/breath, as boomandas will be common. it's kinda... weird to think of moves for him, as he learns mainly special moves, and his special attack is only so-so.

agehunt : attract has never, ever, ever worked for me for some reason (although i do like the auto-attract characteristic)... psychic over that, and stun spore over giga drain.

volbeat : moonlight is a must as a healing move... signal beam is good. you could want firefly + thunderbolt in the last spaces, or confuse ray + double edge.

meh. bad rate, but it's 2 am. leave me alone.

Evolve Mudkip!-Hydro Pump, Reckless, Earthquake, Curse?
Kinogassa looks good> Spore, Scream Punch(can it learn it), GIga Drain, Return.
Evolve it> F-Thrower/F-Blast, Earthquake, Amnesia, Howl.
Ick, Fly with no STAB or Trapping move! E-Quake, Dragon Breath, Return, F-Blast.
Agehunto I have no idea about, looks like Butterfree *shudders*
Volbeat needs Moonlight.

Replace Agehunto/Volbeat with a Psychic/Ghost/Dark-type perhaps??

It becomes a ground type making it bad and good. Its not weak against Elec. anymore but grass will do 4x damage. Not the original 2x.....

Oh no, not a 4xGrass weakness. Yes, let's keep it as Mudkip, along with the crappy stats, hurray!!

If you want a Pure Water type then go for someone else, not Mudkip..... *cries with disgust*

Couldn't you just give it Ice Beam or Blizzard? That would surely help against many grass-types that come your way, and seeing as it electric attacks could no longer effect it, you wouldn't need mud play, so you'd have a slot open... no?

well, that's what the rest of the team is for. if a grass type comes out, you switch to your fire or one of your bug pokemon. not particuarily difficult. besides, 'kip's highest base stat is 70 attack. iirc, that's a 258 max stat. not terrible, but his other stats are... ugh. and i'd say the electric immunity is far more important than the 4x grass weakness. plus, if you want a pure water type... there are MUCH better pokemon than a friggin' mudkip.

and you have NO reason to keep donmeru unevolved unless you're keeping it that way until L49 to get flamethrower and double-edge, but once you do that... evolution time.
