my strategy? none, just FFORRCEE.
my biggest problem here is what to replace with ice beam EXCEPT for Secret Power? I need it since it's a normal attack! it might get in use. ^^;

Hey. It's Raikou`/Scizor_Cutlass. Um, that Raggy is good, but, yeah, Dive is not the best water move for him. Plus, that's two water moves. And replace it for Ice Beam. ^^ See ya EG.

Reckless is an idea you can put over tm 43. Whenever you get low on HP and the opponent has high HP, use reckless and see them cry ;)
