Can Anorith/ Armaldo learn Moonlight through breeding? My online dex says no, but Prima's guide to R/S says it can.

Also, can Anorith/ Armaldo learn Swords Dance? My online dex says yes, but Prima's guide to R/S says it can't.

I wouldn't trust Prima with looking after a goldfishie.

Trust the online Dex's they're correct.
