Fix my Expedition-on Sceptile deck

It wins most all of its battles. I played it in a mini E-on tournament and it went 2-2. Not what I would have expected. I usually do a lot better and this deck usually does too. Well, one loss was to my friend's Blaziken/Camerupt deck, and the other was to someone's Gardevior/Gardevior ex deck. It beat a Kingdra deck and a... I can't remember.

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks. This is my first E-on deck, so I may have left some stuff out.

you have a nice start to a deck, but it will get DESTROYED by Metal and Fire decks so lets....fix that a little...

oh yeah, go with the Tail Slap Treecko and the Swift Grovyle

and what exactly does Dual Ball do again?
