Question (I found out how to use it but I have a few questions...)

1. Are Calm-Minding Raikou and Suicune considered 00ber?
2. Are HP-ing Legendaries considered 00ber?
3. Are Calm-Minding and HP-ing Raikous/Suicunes (lol) considered 00bers?
4. Are Deoxys and Jirachi considered 00bers?
5. Are the "secret berries" considered 00ber?
6. The bot says only the 200 available Pokemon... I thought it was 386! wtf...?

1. maybe as a semi-00ber, but not as a 00ber.

2. definitely not... most legendaries are better off without HP.

3. Raikou- probably semi-00ber (no change), Suicune- no use for HP

4. Jirachi is basically the R/S Mew/Celebi, i would consider it semi-00ber. Deoxys has 0 defense and infinite offense + speed, i wouldn't consider it 00ber.

5. As in liechi/petaya/salac/etc.? If that's what you mean, then definitely not.

6. 200 (202 if you include Jirachi/Deoxys) is the # of pokes you can catch in R/S GBA game. 386 is the entire pokemon universe.

The only things i would consider 00ber are Mew, Mewtwo, Lugia, and Kyogre (maybe the latis or groudon). Groudon, Ho-oh, CM+recovering legends, Jirachi, and the latis i consider semi-00bers.
