EVs going in this order HP/ATT/DEF/SPD/SA/SD
http://pokemasters.net/images/games/ruby_sapphire/rs093.png Dodrio
Item: Choice Band
EV's: 6/252/0/252/0/0
Personality: Adamant
Trait: Run Away
Moves: Frustration/Drill Peck/Quick Attack/HP[ground]
I basically use dodrio as a starter because it provides a quick means to discover what I need to kill for it to sweep (usually metagross/skarmo/registeel/regirock). Currently I'm tossing up between this guy and swellow - I've found the extra attack is more useful than the extra speed. This guy also has quick attack, which does 60% to mr alakazam, although I might replace it with facade for when it gets toxiced.

Item: Leftovers
EV's: 200/110/100/0/0/100
Personality: Careful
Trait: Clear Body
Moves:Return/Earthquake/Curse/Explosion
This moveset has worked quite well for me, people forget about its clear body and send in their gyarados/salamence and get killed with a few returns while their equakes do nothing. He's not the best attacker, but with a few curses he can kill 3-4 pokemon before dying.

Item: Leftovers
EVs: 200/0/100/50/60/100
Personality: Timid
Trait: Natural Cure
Moves: Surf/Reflect/Light Screen/Recover
Standard boring starmie, but surprisingly effective due to the lack of stab tbolts in the current metagame. It's speed is 305, so against most things I'll go first and be able to set up a reflect/light screen, giving me 462 defence. With recover AND natural cure he can last ages.
http://pokemasters.net/images/games/ruby_sapphire/rs189.png Salamence
Item: Petaya Berry
EVs: 6/0/0/252/252/0
Personality: Modest
Trait: Intimidate
Moves: Dragon Claw/Fire Blast/Hydro Pump/HP[Electric]
Props to MrE for advertising SA salamences. Basically smacks everthing for a decent amount of damage, and once petaya berry gets activated it owns. Fire blast 3HKO's most regice which is very handy.

Item: Chesto Berry
EVs: 210/0/150/0/0/150
Personality: Adamant
Trait: Intimidate
Moves: Dragon Dance/Return/Earthquake/Rest
Mr sexydos. Basically I beefed up its defence so it can get a couple of DD's in, chesto rest and sweep. Very standard :(

Item:Leftovers
EV's: 200/0/100/6/104/100
Personality: Modest
Trait: Magnet Pull
Moves: Thunderbolt/HP[Grass]/Thunder Wave/Protect
This guy hasn't been doing too much - apart from killing the occasional skarmory it usually ends up being sacrificied so I can bring in salamence/dodrio without taking any damage. It can be useful for paralyzing gardevoirs though...
