Does anyone know any sites where I can download and operate an emulator without problem?

I'm assuming you're talking about GBA, so you can get a really good one here (http://vboy.emuhq.com/), Visual Boy Advance, but if you want to check out various different emulators, try this (http://www.zophar.net/gba.html) Zophar.net listing.

ps. This is directly related to roms, so I don't think it is that appropriate here, but it is not outlawed as it is.
