Yah. Even though I'm pretty good at Yu-Gi-Oh, or Duel Monsters, whichever you prefer, are flip effects activated if the monster is sent to the graveyard during an attack? Like, if say...a Celtic Gaurdian attacks my face-down Magician of Faith, do I get to us MoF's effect? I'm assuming yes, but people I meet say different things. The total so far: 10 no, 10 yes, with me being a yes ^^. Thanks for yer help peoples!

well my friend if the monster has a flip effect like man eater bug and is face down when attacked then yes. if a monster has an effect that happens when its sent to the graveyard then also yes. hope i helped.

When your monster is attacked, it is flipped before the damage calculations. So it counts as flipped, since it hasn't been destroyed yet.
