No earthquacke at braille cave

How do you get the rejis?:confused: I got to the second part of the braille cave but there was no earthquake i even had the evolved form of wailmer and the rock fish but no earthquake.
what should i do to unlock the shrines?

Jiransuu need to be in the 1st slot and Hoeru (sp?) in the last

Yeah. Have it in that order (if it doesn't work, try reversing). Go to the very north of the 2nd cave and talk to the braille. wait for a whlie it should equake. You might need to talk twice.
