ThatŽs amazing... Its a very hidden grass...
Go to the top and west city of all (the little blue point in the map that even having a route going to that old city (the first gym one) can only be reached by one route that comes from the east)
!?! Confusing...
Well, from the city you are now, keep going until you pass through the mountain with a bridge, a waterfall, a river and with a sand ground (the one you find some zubats and that moon psychic poke) and them youŽll be outside the mountain. YouŽll see a karate guy near the ladder youŽll pass.
Go to the west and surf up (north). There will be a new land where in the end you find a little grassy area. Its a little hard, but soon youŽll find a jiglypuff in the middle of some level 25 blue birds (the pre-evo of that who looks like a blue pidgeotto) (subame?)
Well, my english is very poor, but after all that explaination youŽll get there, I think...
