Ok, rate one of my final teams plz:

Registeel@Leftovers (-Atk, +sp.def) HP:316
-Metal claw
-Zap cannon
-Hyper Beam
-Explosion

The personality is the best I could get, and H.Beam is there for quick,sharp damage. He's so slow you can't tell when he's recharging or not anyway. Evs in hp,def,+sp.def

Wailord@? (-atk,+sp.att) Hp:a lot(in training) Oblivious
-Attract/amnesia/other move of same calibre(plz reccomend)
-Ice beam
-Surf/(water spout?)
-Rest

I'm not sure of this set, but I was thinking, if i pulled off my wailord as a special tank, he wouldnt lose much HP so w.spout would be ok to use. Thoughts? Evs:Hp,sp.att,sp.def

For registeel you could also use Amnesia / Iron Def. / Rest / Toxic, but it's not as fun. For heracross, you need a choiceband w/ Megahorn / EQ / Brick Break / and a filler.
