Who can Snorlax breed with in order to get the move Substitute?

Kecleon -> Delcatty -> Azumarill -> Lapras -> Snorlax

There might be a better one, but I don't know what it is ;/

nope, depends on remaining hp + speed (if ya want to use it b4 toxiced by a faster poke)
