If you've been keeping up with digimon news, you would know that there are curently problems with digimon and its very existance is in trouble. If you want to live past season four, take a look. There are petitions for several digimon problems, help us out! Tell all of your friends who even remotley like digimon to sign, we can't let this show die so soon.

If TOEI decides that Digimon isn't profitable then that is that. Unless you plan on giving TOEI a lot of money then I doubt your petition will do anything. Most companies are money oriented....it sucks but it's true.

Wow, I heard about this, but I didn't know it was true. Sux, I heard that Frontier wasn't as popular w/ the fans as the previous seasons, and that's why this is happening. I actually like Frontier, and it's sad hearing that a season I loved so much is the cause of the downfall of one of my fave anime. I'll be sad to see the final ep. of Digimon. I might even cry...

BTW, can anyone tell me which Digimon season was by far the most popular? I'm thinking Tamers for some reason, despite the fact I hate this season of Digimon more than the others, but I'm not sure.

*shurgs* If nothing else, it's worth a try. The worst thing we can do is to do nothing at all.

The reason for Digimon Frontier's failure: it's been on UPN. That network has killed every half-decent show that has been on it.

It would have been better staying on Fox, despite its now f***ed-up Saturday line up.

It's failing in Japan, Ash. But seriously, what kind of morons would put Digimon on at 6?

When you say 6, Purasuru, do you mean 6 AM?

'Cuz, yeah. That's plain stupid.

they show it at 7:30 here.

Guess what time every school in CT starts at? Yep. Before 7:30, or about 7:40. At a time when anyone(Especially the target age) is already at school

Already signed one, but I don't think TOEI cares about Fan's in America, but in Japan. I really want it to continue, but..

I guess that might not happen, but maybe Toei will somehow make one more.

I think the most popular in Japan was 1 or 2. I don't think Tamer's did so well. But that's me.

Looks like we're seeing a case of what killed Gundam X off. Extremely bad time slotting...

Sounds like I'm the only one here who doesn't have a problem with when it airs. Where I live it comes on at 4 PM, by this time everyone is home from school. Getting back on topic, while I think a petition is a good idea, I seriously doubt that it will work. If TOEI isn't making money off the show than a petition won't change there minds about canceling it.

Well, at least doing a petition would make some of us feel like we're doing something instead of nothing. Even though I'm not a huge fan of Frontier regardless of when it's on which I also thought are ridiculous times (it's on 10 AM on Sundays and 6:30 AM on weekdays here) I still don't want Digimon to go away. But yeah, I don't think it's doing that well in Japan, is it?

Looks like i'm #1864. Hope it'll stay.

Season 5 is already confirmed... but hopefully more seasons will be coming.

Wow,Season 5 is already confirmed? All I know it'd better be a continuation of either Season 1/2 or 3 if Toei wants Digimon to stay alive.
