ok, i work out alot, but i dunno, i notice alot of fat peoples... and i doubt any of you will do this, but i want at least a few peoples to try, do as many pushups as you can until you can do no more, then do as many situps as you can, then crunches... until you absolutely cannot do any more... (take a break inbetween, whatever...)

oh well, i doubt this will be ppular, but get in shape, anyways, heres to the poll...

1. how many push-ups did you do?
2. how many sit-ups did you do?
3. how many crunches did you do?
4. soup?

Taekwondo School record: 1,581 consecutive- by me :)
100 1 handed.
2. how many sit-ups did you do?
over 2,123
3. how many crunches did you do?
over 5000 =/ we had this contest at taekwondo and i was not giving up
:P I wanted that damn trophy!
4. soup?

Do you mean all at once? o_0; That's gotta hurt...

1. 50 per set maximally.
2. They never tire me... I don't know why, ... um... a number? Well... guess 100 per set?
3. Crunches... Sit ups... What's the difference? 100 per set.
4. Salud?

wow, i really hate situps, but i can breeze through crunches, quite impressive (y)

1) 53 eh
2) 334 *abs die*
3) This would take a while and my abs are dead from the situps lol. I estimate could do 750-1000 maybe
BTW the difference between crunches and sit-ups is sit ups work ur hip flexors more than ur abs (cuz after ur shoulders about 2 inches off, it's all hip flexors). Crunches are just pure abs.
4) I like soup

1. I suck at pushups. That's the only way to describe my arm strength. my max before tiring is around 25-30.

2. the most i've tried is about 130. the max i could do would be estimated at around 150-160.

3. crunches are easy... never tried them to see my max, all i know is that i'm around 130-140/min.

4. chicken soup for just about anyone's soul

~2. 50 =/ my tummy started to burn..plus my back has been bothering me lately..

~3. I just did crunches, but they are practically the same...normall I could go over 100

Btw, I could have donw more push-ups if I didn't have 3 hours of practice earlier...that killed my back and my legs, so they were already aching..plus, I've never been good at push ups :wave:

1. I used to be able to do 50, but now it's about 30.
2. I seem to stop getting tired after 70 or so. The most i've ever gone up to is 200, but I think my max would be about 300.
3. Am not trying, can't be bothered.
4. like soup, hate the bits in it.
