How Do ou get to the secret tower?

Whres the secret tower.I cant find it if someone can help please post:confused:

You need to have defeated the elite four, then get to Kinagi town (town with logs floating on water, you can only get to it from Rune City/Victory Road) and surf to the right. Surf as on top as you can until you see a gap in the rocks. Go through it until you come to a strip of sand with a cave.
