I alredy use google but the images are too big.
I saw some images in the forum (www.pokemasters.net/forums/avatar.php?userid=24894&dateline=1066251292) so the forum has a list of avatars? How can I see it?

There is no set of preset vB avatars. You will either need to find your own and upload it, use someone else's, or link to one offsite. :)

you should also make sure it is less than or equal to 60x60 pixels and equal to or less than 20kb in size.
