you get a question correct, you ask one of your own, simple enough...

simple enough question, name all the pokemon that are fully evolved and can learn heal bell...

V-NiX
17th November 2003, 02:08 PM
Smeargle, Blissey, Miltank, Granbull

Name all pokemon with "gon" in its name :D

Iveechan
17th November 2003, 02:27 PM
Dragonair, Dragonite, Porygon, Porygon2

I think that's it...

Name the Pokemon who have exclusive moves in which the only other Pokemon who can obtain them is Smeargle (no other Pokemon can obtain the move through breeding... NYC moves don't count).

For example, list:

Pokemon's name: Pokemon's move (list evolved only if there's an unevolved who learns it by level up, the move has to be exclusive to the one line)

Shellder/Cloyster: Clamp
Porygon/Porygon2: Conversion, Conversion2
Krabby/Kingler: Crabhammer
Heracross: Megahorn
Miltank: Milk Drink
Ho-oh: Sacred Fire
Smeargle: Sketch
Spinarak/Ariados: Spider Web
Paras/Parasect: Spore
Rattata/Raticate: Super Fang, Hyper Fang
Hitmontop: Triple Kick
Beedrill: Twineedle
Machop/Machoke/Machamp: Vital Throw

I think that is all of them!!

Question: Who is the only Pokémon that would have a total of 1633 for all of it's stats (HP, attack, defense, speed, special attack, spcial defense.) if it had max stats for all of it's stats?

That would be Xatu, if I'm not mistaken.

Now a similar question: what pokémon(s) would have 1543 total for complete max stats?

GotMiltank

I will randomly guess: Zubat.

My question: Why are these questions so icky?! :(

*whips out dex with the max stats of every pokemon and starts calculating... bleh*

I shall take a stab and say Onix

Number1ChanseyFan
18th November 2003, 01:20 PM
ralts_mudkip: Not a bad guess, but I am sorry, it is incorrect. Golem has a Defense stat of 358, which puts it in a two-way tie for 7th place with Lugia.

Sir Chris: Yes, congrats, Onix is the right answer!!

Also taking a stab..exeggutor? 393 HP, thats the most I can think of.

GotMiltank
20th November 2003, 01:41 AM
Celebi: 404
Tropius: 402 <-- Winner!!! Wait, where am I?
Exeggutor: 394
Shiftry: 386
Cradily: 376

Those are top 5 highest HP for GRASS type pokemon.

 TROPIUS IS UBER.

That would be Eggy, as MS said.

Now let's see... relatively easy question, but regardless: what is Tyranitar's max HP stat?

Ok everybody, sorry that I haven't replied to this topic for awhile, as it has been pointed out, Exeggutor was the correct answer to my question. If you don't know, the reason I didn't answer sooner is because I am in the Big Brother Game in the P/C/G forum, and the lastest task was to not post anywhere in TPM for about a week, and the only place that I was allowed to post in was the Big Brother Red House in P/C/G. But Anyways, I'm back now, lol.

Anyways, the answer to Strider's question: Tyranitar's max HP stat is 403.

Now, for a question: Which Water type Pokémon has the highest Special Defense stat?

Also, BTW, this is my 2500th post at TPM!! ^_^ http://web.archive.org/web/20010417120516/http://www.pokemasters.net/ubb/NonCGI/smilies/birthday.gif

MetalScyther

Taking a Stab. Tentacruel. 338 IIRC, that's the highest if I can think of. I think.

Number1ChanseyFan
22nd November 2003, 12:12 PM
Tentacruel is not a bad guess, but it has the 2nd highest Special Defense for a Water type Pokémon. There is still one Water type with a higher Special Defense stat. ;)

Sir Chris
22nd November 2003, 02:11 PM
I am going to go with mantine who even tops blissey in special defense

MetalScyther
22nd November 2003, 09:42 PM
Yeah, mantine..378 special defense =]

Sir Chris

Cool, now here is my question

name 3 other bug pokemon who have the same stat total that are not the ones N1CF mentioned before

Andrew
23rd November 2003, 04:27 AM
I can't simply, apart from mentioning those 3 I can't put together any more than 2 GSC Pogeys that have the same Stat Total that doesn't include RS or something...

Is this a trick question? I looked through all the stats, and I couldn't find the answer :|

Number1ChanseyFan
23rd November 2003, 09:09 AM
Scyther/Scizor, Heracross, and Pinsir, with a stat total of 1693.

Question: Which Pokémon has the lowest stat total of all?

GotMiltank
23rd November 2003, 11:21 AM
I think I read somewhere that sunkern was the pokemonz with the lowest stat... I could be wrong. :(

Number1ChanseyFan
23rd November 2003, 12:16 PM
Yep, you are right, Sunkern does have the lowest stat total of all Pokémon, with a stat total of 1053.

GotMiltank
23rd November 2003, 02:12 PM
Ok, my turn to ask a question!!

Q: Which is the only water pokemon that is dual-typed (meaning, it has a second type) - where both evolved form(s) and pre-evolved from learn a move exclusive to that pokemon (meaning, no other pokemon can learn this move)?

*there, I think I got the wording specific enough... watch someone prove me wrong...*

Poryhedron
23rd November 2003, 04:28 PM
Would that be Cloyster, who's WTR/ICE and learns Clamp? or does the pre-evo need to be dual-type as well?

GotMiltank
23rd November 2003, 10:03 PM
No u r right! :D Yayayay!

Also, I only added that dual type part so that people wouldn't be like "OMG KINGLAR I WIN!!" :(

So ya, u r win! Go cloyster!

Poryhedron
24th November 2003, 03:37 AM
All right, then...a GSC trivia question. The enemy trainer who says "I know my POKéMON type alignments. But I only use one type of POKéMON." uses two types of pokémon. (heh.) Name both.

Iveechan
24th November 2003, 01:10 PM
This sounds familiar... and I'm taking a stab in a dimly lit room...

Steel and Electric?

Poryhedron
24th November 2003, 11:23 PM
Well, I was looking for ELC and ELC/STL (Voltorb and Magnemite,) but you're close enough. I realize he probably means he only uses Electric-types, but if he knows his type relations he knows there's a big difference between what a Voltorb can take and what a Magnemite can take...

Strider

Two part in-game question: how many PP Ups can be found out in the fields, and where are they located at?

And a little late, but congrats on your 2,500 posts, N1CF.

Number1ChanseyFan
15th December 2003, 07:38 PM
Meh, I am kinda guessing here... and I am probably wrong!! I am gonna say 6. One in Violet City, one in the Ice Cave, one in the Rock Tunnel, one in Celadon City, one at silence bridge, and one at Mt. Silver.

Good question!!

BTW, Strider, thanks for the 2500 post congrats!! ;)

Okies, I guess that I will ask a question to try and get this topic going again... ^_^

In the Pokédex, every Pokémon has a "nickname". Pikachu is the Mouse Pokémon, Meowth is the Scratchcat Pokémon, Mareep is the Wool Pokémon, Bulbasaur is the Seed Pokémon, etc...

Anyways, which Pokémon's name is it's "nickname" spelt backwards??

titandude21
19th December 2003, 12:10 AM
Ekans... it's a snake pokemon
