If you use this Effect, you must skip your Battle Phase for this turn.
(My guess is it's also included in the Effect that you can only use the Effect during your Main Phase 1, or if not, that will be the ruling made for it)

(Example: Say you Sac a Swift Black Ninja (Level 4).. The Monster chosen must be Level 7 or lower)
