waterfall and whirlpool

if it isnt too much trouble, could someone give me a list of the pokemon that can learn these HM's, all i know so far is lugia and gyarados, and they wouldnt fit my team, so please if anyone knows?:confused:

Nearly all water-types can learn Whirlpool. Ones who also learn Waterfall are Goldeen (who learns it naturally), Suikun, and non-water type Dragonair. There are others though. Gyarados makes a great HM user ;D. I assume some of the more "fishy" water types learn Waterfall. Experiment.
