Rhydon can also learn Megahorn leveling up. Modest would've been better for Sceptile and maybe Adamant for Crobat and Metagross. Since this is ingame, there's nothing you can do about Meta unless a new game is started.

There's a 3X ice weakness and a 3X ground weakness.

No one has a pathetic team look at the team you started with it's good but it just needs a few improvements. Also are you going to battle friends with this team because if they don't know team tactics or visit TPM you could thrash them with the improvements we'll help you with.
