Flareons, by all common sense, should be able to learn Flame Wheel, and I'd find it unbeleivable if they couldn't.

No, Special Attack only, which I can say is quite a lot based on my experience with that item.

Many people have spare Accelerator Genes because the Goldenrod Tower is giving them out. Maybe they should change their prizes, or at least the odds?

They're rare items at the GT, and there's about a 1/50 chance of getting one, but they seem to appear much more often than that. We aren't even allowed to use Division Gems on them, making them items that have no value to anyone who doesn't have a Pokemon that uses one =(.

No it doesn't count as a fire stone. It's a component to make one at the goldenrod tower. When you get a hollow stone, you can forge it with the flame gem for a fee of 2 stamps/APs. But by itself its pretty much useless.

Pokemon Earrings work on any pokemon who can put them on (I think a Ditto could easily do that, while I doubt a Voltorb can). And the boost is 50%, meaning that a pokemon who had a Special Attack of 100, would have 150 with the earring on.

1. Other than the Kecleon juice and Custom Juice, what do the other juices do to a Pokemon?

2. Is it possible for a Pokemon to hold more than one item (e.g. a Pokemon Earring and Collar)?

Other juices do what their names say. Eg. Translucent Juice makes pokemon translucent, Ringed Juice makes rings appear on their fur/skin/scales, Inverted Juice inverts their colors, White Juice makes them white and so on. You can combine them; for example, the lovers of black ringed Eevees can give them Black Juice and Ringed Juice to get that result. And those who often visit Pokemon Zoo and have such a particular taste in Ekans can give them some Green Juice and Custon Juice to get the Ekans of their dreams; to name a few examples.

As for attachable items, sorry, but only one at a time will work.

Yes, a Porygon 2 can hold any specific enhancer (except an earring, since they have no ears). However, they would only work if the pokemon is the right type, so a Beach Ball would only work on your Porygon 2 while it's Water type and so on.

You can get them by writing good stories or scenarios at the Battle Range, by helping out at Dragon Tamers topics, as a Mystery Gift at the Goldenrod Tower, in tournaments which are held once in a while or games like Buena's Radio Show.
