I know the secret tower is in the left of Monagi Town, but is it in the top, bottom, or center?

The secret tower is to the right of Kinagi Town. (Surf east from Kinagi). It is in the top.

Is Kinagi City the where the Ocean Museum is located? I can't fine it.....

Someone needs to make a list of what the new towns' names are, or tell us where you found them... People keep saying "go to kinagi city" "go to mazoshoto town" or whatever, and I (and most people, seemingly) have no idea which town they're talking about..
