Nuff said. Accepting new Pokemon ONLY if you think I really need one. New moves are accepted as well, but please don't just say this over that, tell me the cons of my current move and the pros of your suggested move.

Interesting & pretty unique team. I like it, but it needs a little modification...

Alakazam - Never put Recover on Alakazam unless it has Calm Mind & even then it's risky as zam doesn't have the defenses to use it. It'll recover & then lose the same amount or more HP right after it uses it as the RS metagame is more attack oriented. So, I'd just say put Calm Mind over Recover as it has more use here.

Breloom - I'd suugest Mach Punch over Brick Break as you can finish off an opponent before they get a hit off as Breloom's speed isn't amazing. Also, I'd suggest Sludge Bomb over Leech Seed as you can hit more types that way & even with Spore Breloom doesn't have great staying power, but that's just another option.

Blastoise - I used to use Blastoise, but changed it out for Milotic w/ Surf, Ice Beam, Mirror Coat, Recover... but I'm still looking at other options for that moveset too.

Umbreon - I use Mean Look, Baton Pass, Wish, Confuse Ray (not saying you should, just spreading ideas)
I can't see Bite being of much use with Umbreon's low sp. at. & speed... I do see it's usefulness for stopping Focus Punchers, though.

I need some help rating Moltres & Banette.

Flamethrower/Fire blast > Heat wave

Leech seed is good on breloom.. If something stupid that can take focus punches(ghosts, crobat, gyarados..) comes in you use leech seed next time..

If you want another water type you could go milotic with surf, ice beam, toxic, rest. Rest activates marvel scale.. Or you could go suicune style with blastoise; Toxic, surf, roar/mirror coat/rest, rest/mirror coat/roar

Umbreon should have something else. Maybe tauntbreon; taunt, toxic, wish, mean look

Ah, somebody with EVs recorded. First note: make everything divisible by 4 that you can (there are 2 extra EVs which serve no practical purpose). EVs/4 = stat boost, so having extras floating around is useless. 252 EVs means a stat is maxed.

Psychic
HP Dark

Recover

Standard Alakazam is 6/0/0/252/252/0, since defensive EVs are largely wasted on it. Even with boosts, Alakazam will take a lot of damage; its best defense it to OHKO as much as possible. Calm Mind over Recover is good because it allows you to do more damage and, of lesser importance, boosts your Special Defense. You often take at least 50% damage from attacks anyway, so Recover is fairly weak.

Moltres@White Herb
evs 85 0 85 85 170 85
Overheat
Heat Wave (for use after white herb has been used up)
HP Electric
Roar

I recommend Sunny Day over Roar, since Moltres isn't very durable. It doesn't have great synergy with your other team members, but it lets Moltres do a lot of damage if you can afford to put it up. Again, 6/0/0/252/252/0 looks pretty attractive, since Moltres has a lot of damage-dealing potential. Heat Wave is weak, so use Flamethrower or Fire Blast over it if anything.

Breloom@Shell Bell
evs 63 63 63 255 0 63
Spore
Focus Punch
Brick Break
Leech Seed

I'm not sure what the standard EV distribution is on this thing and I've never actually used it, so ask someone else. I will, however, suggest Mach Punch over Brick Break. It's got a lower power, but Breloom's Speed isn't exactly stellar, so it sometimes allows you to get attacks in when you otherwise would simply die. It also lets Breloom kill off low-health Pokemon before they can attack it.

Banette@Leftovers
evs 85 127 85 127 0 85
Shadow Ball
Will-o-Wisp
HP Fighting
Return

Snatch over Return is a possibility (to steal Dragon Dances and whatnot).

Blastoise@Leftovers

As mentioned earlier, Milotic would make a good replacement.

Bite
Toxic

Looks basically okay, but surely there's something better than Bite...

I know everyone doesn't like Bite, but it works wonders for me when I have lots of health and don't feel like Resting and wasting PP when my health is nearly full. Bite does work. Everything else you all have suggested is wonderful and I thank you all for your help in building my team.

Having a move because you can waste time with it is not a good reason. You want moves that do something useful.

Confuse Ray or Double Team there, maybe? The former utterly incapacitates things if you can Attract them too, while the latter makes Umbreon incredibly difficult to kill if you can set it up.
