The balance of the monsters is pretty equal: 9 Tributes at maximum and 14 smaller monsters to offer as tribute. I don't see much, maybe adding another trap hole if you have it or can get it.

It also has a lot of restricted cards, which is a good thing. They are restircted for a reason, making most of them good in any deck.

Dian Keto and Soul Exchange aren't too bad for the side deck, though I would suggest Ultimate Offering over Soul Exchange. I might also find a place in the side deck for 2 or 3 Dragon Capture Jars. I've seen a lot of BEWD BEatdown decks recently (mine included).

You might try including smaller monsters than the 7 Colored Fish and Harpie's Brother. I say that because if you can narrow the deck down to one type of monster, you could use field magic cards to make them all stronger.

Summoned Skull and Blue Eyes together... Reminds me of my deck. :D

46 cards is too many. I'd also chop off the Blue Eyes, maybe it's just me, but I don't like 2 sacrifice monsters. 9 sacs is too many in the current english enviorment without cards like Avatar of Apophis, Treasure of the Underworld, and Kaizer Seahorse. So I'd drop the Blue Eyes for Maha Vailos(they'd own with all those Axes and Megamorphs). Blue Eyes are too slow to get out without Lord of D. I don't see anything wrong with the magic cards, except Heavy Storms are restricted, 1 per deck. For traps, drop the Solemn Wishes, for the sake of saving space in ur deck. Solemn Judgement is one per deck as well, and I don't really like Solemn Judgement, half your LP is a pretty big cost.

So my fix would look like:

Monsters(19):
x2 Maha Vailo
x3 Summoned Skull
x3 La Jinn
x3 7 Colored Fish
x2 Harpie's Brother
x2 Man-Eater Bug
x2 MoF
x1 WoTBF
x1 Cyber Jar

Magic(16):
x5 Staple magic cards
x1 Swords
x1 Heavy Storm
x3 Axe
x2 Unicorn Horn
x2 Megamorph
x2 Fissure

Trap(5):
x1 Mirror Force
x2 7 Tools
x2 Trap Hole

I don't think HeavyStorm has been restricted yet...
Also I don't think Solemn Judgment is restricted.

ya ur right, I was thinking of the japanese restrictions, feh. Heavy Storm is 2 per deck and SJ is unrestricted, crazy Upper Deck, at first they had Delinquint Duo as only 2 per deck o.O
