Back in GSC these used to recover HP deapding what time it is. since RS time dosn't effect now, what does it do now?

always 50%, but 75% with sunny day and 25% with rain dance i believe..

I think that is true, since I remember reading it, or is it during sunny day it is 50 percent, regular 25 percent and rainy 10 percent?

Moonlight\Synthesis\Morning Sun will restore 50% health in normal weather, 100% health in sunny weather, and 25% health in rainy weather. Sandstorm or Hail has no effect on the recovery of these moves.
