!!!!!!!!!! What's going on here???

Groundon @Leftovers _ Ability: Drought
Bulk Up <> Flamethrower <> Solarbeam <> Earthquake

Damn 00ber cheap legendaries... I hate them so much...

Manectric @Lum Berry _ Ability: Static
Thunderbolt <> Thunder Wave <> Crunch (breed) <> Roar

Strength??? What are you on about??? HM moves suck - Surf is the only good one IMO.

Linoone @King's Rock _ Ability: Pick Up
Return <> Amnesia <> Rest <> Thunderbolt

Linoone's aren't very good...

Sceptile @Leftovers _ Ability: Overgrow
Leaf Blade/Giga Drain <> Crunch (breed) <> Rock Tomb <> Focus Punch

What is going on with those last attacks???

Milotic @ Leftovers _ Ability: Forgot it... :(
Surf <> Ice Beam <> Attract <> Recover

You lucky git - I spent 6 hours trying to catch a Feebas. I still haven't!!! :(

Salamence @Leftovers _ Ability: Intimidate
Flamethrower <> Dragon Claw <> Toxic <> Return

?!?!?!?

Sorry if this was a bit rushed but I've gotta dash. Most items are Leftovers because I haven't time to think up others. Your team needs some SERIOUS help and my advise would be to move this to the Ruby/Sapphire Team Rating Forum. Bye. :wave:

Righto...
This post will be similar to the earlier reply only it will be in much more detail:

Groundon @Leftovers _ Ability: Drought
Solarbeam <> Bulk Up <> Fire Blast <> Earthquake

I didn't list a nature fos this Pokemon as it may not be the nature yours had and there4 it would cause nuch annoyance I'm sure...
With Drought, Solarbeam won't have to charge up and Fire Blast will also be powered up. Earthquake for STAB and Bulk Up for additional Attack/Defense stat.

Manectric @Lum Berry _ Ability: Static _ Nature: Modest
Thunderbolt <> Thunder Wave <> Roar <> Crunch (breed)

Thunderbolt/Thunder Wave for standard electric type moves. Crunch for types Tunderbolt won't do too well against. Roar for a nice psuedo-hazing attack. Modest to lower attack/defense and boost special attack. Static to paralyze foes sometimes and Lum Berry to protect you from nasty Will - o - Wispers and Toxicers. Consider making your starter.

Linoone @Chesto Berry _ Ability: Pick Up _ Nature: Adamant
Return <> Shadow Ball <> Rest <> Belly Drum

Nice well-rounded Linoone. Belly Drum for maximum attack and with it's speed it should be able to survive at least one attack and then with it's superior speed it can put the chsto rest into effect. Return/Shadow Ball for two nice attacks.

Sceptile @Leftovers _ Ability: Overgrow _ Nature: Neutral
Leaf Blade/Giga Drain <> Rock Tomb <> Focus Punch <> False Swipe

Grass move is up to you. Rock Tomb for fires and speed lowering, Focus Punch for something nice. Finally False Swipe because I find it's a nice attack on Sceptiles'.
Neutral natyres are: Hardy/Docile/Bashful/Quirky/Serious
Leftoves for nice slow recovery.

Milotic @Focus Band _ Ability: Torrent _ Nature: Mild/Modest
Surf <> Ice Beam <> Attract <> Recover

Standard moveset I think. Focus Band because I didn't think that another Leftovers would be a good idea........
It doesn't matter whether it's Mild or Modest:
Mild - Lowers Defense + Raises Special Attack
Modest - Lowers Attack and Defense + Raises Special Attack

Salamence @Shell Bell _ Ability: Intimidate _ Nature: Quiet
Dragon Claw <> Flamethrower <> Return <> Toxic

Quiet to lower speed and increase special attack. Toxic for evilness. Flamethrower to cover it's x4 ice weakness. Dragon Claw for a nice STAB attack and Return for more evilness. Shell Bell for nice after-damage recovery.

Righto. Time for my views...
Your team seems well balanced, however it may be an idea to consider dropping Linoone. If you don't want to that's fine tho. If you want more rates:
1) Don't list levels
2) Try to list items/natures
3) Post it in the Ruby/Sapphire Team Rating Forum

Umm… Last time I checked, Modest only gave increased Special attack at the price of reduced Attack. What happend? o.O

anyway, you are looking to beat the elite five? well let me start by saying that beating the E5 is realy easey compared to beating a vetterin pokemon trainer(ie: a real person). but for an easey victory, try leveling up all of your pokemon to level 60.

Groudon;
should preform well enough, go with Snorlax 16's move set and you should be in good shape.

Manectric;
should do fine actualy :o , Thunder Wave over Thunder would be a good choice.

Linoone;
meh, I did fine with only five of my six pokemon that I braught in against the E5, Linoone is not the kind of pokemon that you would vary badly need against these guys.

Sceptile;
If I were you I'd replace Sceptile with a Heracros(why, you ask? because there are very few—corection, no pokemon the elite four cary that make the presence of a Grass pokemon in your party highly valuable). The folowing would be a good move set:

Mega Horn
Brick Break(learned naturaly at level 23)
Return/Frustration
Counter

Milotic;
Snorlax 16's Move set would work just fine, only don't waste your Atract TM! have the move deleter make Milotic forget Watterfall, and then steel a Heart Scale from a wild Luvdisc(they can be found in the waters of evergrande city if I remember corectly), and then take the Heart Scale and Milotic to the Move Tutor(in Fallarbor Town, the orange roofed house with the sign next to it), and have him re-teach Attract to Milotic in exchange for the heart scale(that should do it).

Salamence;
He/She will be fine(beleve it or not).

That… Is all I have to say…

Brick Break on Salamence for Ice types. Better than Return.

Brick Break
Earthquake
Aerial Ace/HP Flying
