Exp. Share doesn't split or negate EVs, if that's what you're asking. Any Pokémon carrying an Exp. Share will receive just as many EVs as if it actually participated in the battle. It does transfer EVs, so you'll have to be careful lest you transfer unwanted EVs over to a Pokémon who hasn't been fully EV-trained, though, but otherwise there are no bad side effects to using the Exp. Share.
