Chansey and Blissey will give you the most experience points. Beating a Level 100 Chansey or Blissey would get you 3642 Experience Points. That is just figuring how many experience points that you would get if you encountered a Level 100 Chansey/Blissey in the wild, and defeated it.

There are 3 ways that you can earn an extra 50% experience points in the battle. You would get an extra 50% experience points if you beat Chansey/Blissey with a traded Pokémon, an extra 50% experience points if you beat a Chansey/Blissey that was being used by an enemy trainer, and you can also get an extra 50% experience points if the Pokémon that beats Chansey/Blissey was holding the Lucky Egg. So basically, you can earn an extra 50% experience three times, if you fight a trainer with a Pokémon that was traded to you, and is holding a Lucky Egg.

So basically, with 1 of the above mentioned 50% experince boosters in effect, you would get 5464 experience points for beating a Level 100 Chansey/Blissey.

With 2 of the above mentioned 50% experience boosters in effect, you would get 8196 experience points for beating a Level 100 Chansey/Blissey.

With all 3 of the above mentioned 50% experience boosters in effect, you would get 12294 experience points for beating a Level 100 Chansey/Blissey.
