Is it possible to get a Jirachi Nice Card in a Nice Card pack? If so, what are the chances? I've gotten all of the Nice Cards except Jirachi's.

You can get the Jirachi nice card at Camp Starlight after the Pokémon News Flash (PNF) Channel reports about it.
