1 » What make is your computer/ How old is it?
2 » How many MHz and MB of RAM can it hold?
3 » Do you have a scanner/printer/etc with your computer?
4 » Is your mouse optical or not? Does it have a cord?
5 » Do you play games on your computer?
6 » How much time do you spend on the computer on average?
7 » What room is your computer in?

~*~*~*~*~*~

1 » A Packard Bell... And I think it's about 3 years old. I'm not sure though. It could be 4. Still, however old it is, it's a decent computer.

2 » 467 MHz, and 192 MB of RAM. No idea if that's impressive or not, I'm not exactly a computer whizz... *curious to see how powerful other computers are*

3 » I have a really crappy printer, but that's it. It's always got something wrong with it, and no matter how much ink is in it, it never comes out right. I don't bother using it; I use the computer in the living room to print stuff. It's actually decent.

4 » Nope, I got my cordless optical mouse a few weeks ago, and it's so much better than the one I had before. It works all the time, doesn't randomly get stuck, and can be used on any surface. I had a ball mouse with a cord before that. I hated it.

5 » No. I play all my games on my actual games consoles. Never liked playing them on my PC... They're always slow and usually they confuse me. o_O

6 » Varies. About 3 hours at least, anyway. On rare occasions (very rare occasions o_o) I won't get on at all, but I usually make up for it whenever I can get on next.

7 » My bedroom. It used to be in the living room but that was really annoying; there was always activity roundabout, and I like being on my own. I have peace, quiet, and privacy. =]

1) One is a Dell Dimension 8200, about a year old I think, and the other is a useless Goldstar that's nearly 10 years old.

2) Not really sure.

3) The newer one has a nice printer and CD burner, the old one has crap.

4) Both have pretty much the same mouse, w/ cord.

5) Yep

6) During weekdays about four or five hours (My school places a lot of emphasis on computers, I have at least one computer class each day.) and usually about the same on weekends

7) For my good computer there's a room off to the side of the dining room. My cheap one, the one that I'm usually forced to use, is in my room.

2. How much can it hold? Dunno. How much does it actually have? 600MHz, 256mb ram.

3. Printer and crappy speakers. I tend to use heaphones.

4. I just got a nice, cordless, optical mouse two weeks ago, and it's just awesome </shameless plug>

5. Yeah, but not a lot.

6. 1-2 hours per day, as an average.

7. It's in the living room.

1 What make is your computer/ How old is it?

Apple iBook, got it in December of 02. Great little guy. ^_^

2 How many MHz and MB of RAM can it hold?

Ask my dad, but probably a lot.

3 Do you have a scanner/printer/etc with your computer?

New Epson scanner that is my precioussss, and a funky Tektronix laser printer that tends to be a major pain in the butt.

4 Is your mouse optical or not? Does it have a cord?

Don't have a mouse silly, the iBooks are laptops.

5 Do you play games on your computer?

Nah, to much good stuff going on around here. :P

6 How much time do you spend on the computer on average?

Three hours average, but only two of those online, and some days I'm to busy to go online at all.

7 What room is your computer in?

Joys of iBook ownerhood: it can go anywhere with you! But mostly it lives in my room, surprise surprise. :D

1 » What make is your computer/ How old is it?
It's a Compaq Presario. It was 3 years old last November. I got it for Christmas, well, a bit earlier than Christmas.

2 » How many MHz and MB of RAM can it hold?
I haven't a clue about all this stuff. I checked the side of the computer and it said 550MHz and 64MB. I dunno if those are the right figures or not.

3 » Do you have a scanner/printer/etc with your computer?
Speakers, scanner, printer, digital camera and webcam. Didn't get them all with the computer but it's gradually built up.

4 » Is your mouse optical or not? Does it have a cord?
Hot optical, has a cord. I just want one that has a ball that bloody works properly though! It permanently sticks, so I'm left dragging it across the mat all the time.

5 » Do you play games on your computer?
Not really. These days I only use it for the NET and for listening to my music. I haven't even had much schoolwork to do on it at all. I don't have many games for it anyway - just Monopoly, Cluedo and a few other ones.

6 » How much time do you spend on the computer on average?
A few hours a day and on weekends, more. Normally on weekdays it's about 3 hours a day, more on weekends.

7 » What room is your computer in?
Me bedroom. It's my computer, after all :p

Nice polls Mr. Cheesey Chris.

2.) My comp has a 2.4 GHz processor and 1 Gigabyte RAM.
3.) I have a scanner (stored away on the showcase) and a printer (stored away inside the showcase). I just don't use them often.
4.) No, it's a mouse with a cord and a very dirty ball ... gotta buy a new one.
5.) I do hardly anything else beside playing games.
6.) Since I have to use a computer at work all the time too I guess I can say around 14 hours a days.

1. Two are self-built, the other is a laptop. And I can't build laptops. :P
2. My older one has a 1.4GHz processor and my newer one has a 2.4GHz processor. Both have 512MB RAM. My laptop is 500MHz/192MB RAM. None of them are overclocked, but I'll get round to that now the exams are over.
3. Two printers and one scanner.
4. My two desktops both have wireless optical keyboards and mice. My laptop has just an optical mouse. Being free from mousemats is the best thing ever. :D
5. Of course... ;) Currently replaying GTA3 after modding it. Much more fun this time round.
6. Probably around 9 hours a day. More than what is good for my health, in any case...
7. The desktops are in a small study kind of room. Since my laptop is wirelessly networked, it's in a lot of places depending on the time of the day and who's at home.
