Can you catch Shuppet in Ruby?

If they are in Ruby, is there a certain place to find them more frequently?

Yeah you can catch Shuppet in Ruby, just go to the top of the ghost tower, there should be 2 tiny patches of grass there. Youll find some Shuppet there.

As said before,you can catch Shuppet. It's just VERY VERY rare. Same with Duskull in Sapphire. :)

They can also be found inside Mt. Pyre, though I doubt they're any more common there.

To be even more specific, if you're playing Ruby, the only place to find Shuppet inside the tower are the 5th and top levels.
