Well, it is supposed to be a play on 'Torpedo attack', so it is a pun really. But, it doesn't really sound like one at all, so I can certainly deal with that. The first decent title dub title for a very long time.
It is kinda fillery if you look past the character development for Brock and Lotad, and the fact that Peeko and Briney are still around. Blech, besides that, it seems like the first swimsuit episode in AG...every animé needs one ^_^0

Maybe if the main characters were hot and not just kids... lol. But I love the water, ocean and swimming related eppies, so I think I'll like this. It's been a while since we've seen Ash-tachi stranded at sea, being attacked by sea creatures. All the way back since "Pokemon Shipwreck".
