If Dark Prince can do it so can I. The only match I was reffing just ended, so I need something to fill my spots with. Combatents set their rules, but the arena will be thus:

Goldenrod City

The biggest City in the Johto region and each pokemon sent out in the battle will be double it's original size. The layout of Goldenrod City is simple, in the center is a large square courtyard where people often walk through or sit to eat and socialise. Around it is a small hedge. There are four main roads leading away from the square that move into the city itself. There are a variety of sized buildings, including the Shopping Center, Pokemon Center and Radio Station. In the distance the Bug Park can be seen as well as Illex Forest in the opposute direction.

The added downside (if you can see it that way) is that all attacks and moves now have a stronger physical effect on the city itself. There is no fine for damaging buildings are maiming innocent bystanders.

Um yeah, I'll sign up.

Count me in. Since Pikachu101 hasn't selected any rules, I'll send second and attack first, and my opponent can set the number of Pokemon to anything from 2-on-2 on up.

um 3 on 3 and you can think of a leniant DQ, and no first poke that gives you type advantage, grr.

Go Plugger the male Elekid! Come to think of it, giant Plugger, oh crud.

I choose my male Kadabra, Xan.

Safeguard yourself and stun the Elekid with a Thunder Wave, then use Psychic to lift the sharpest or heaviest nearby object and fire it at him.. or drop it on him, as appropriate. I don't have a specific object in mind, but I'm sure you'll think of something.

your sig is hilarious man.

Anyway, first off grab the radio tower while he's using safeguard and hit him with it. Then use protect followed and then use the Radio Tower to bat away the pointy object incoming.

PluggerMwahaha, I will stomp the whole city!

Goldenrod City has been deemed "dangerous" due to an experiment gone wrong. Pokemon have doubled in size after setting foot within the city limits. But despite their best efforts officials can't stop two combatents taking the opprtunity to have an ASB battle there. As Prodijy and Pikachu101 step in and release their pokemon the effects are instantanious. Prodigy's Kadabra, Xan rises to a height of 8'06", while Pikachu101's Elekid, Plugger reaches a deftly 4'0". The two seem satisfied with their new heights and get ready for battle.

* Round One Begins *

Xan waves his spoons, crossing them infront of him and channeling energy through them. They shimmer with a silver light, then expand a shield of light that smoothes over the Kadabra's fur and covers him with a protective shield. The psychic type looks to his struggling opponent. While doubled in size he is, An Elekid no no more lift an entire building alone, than it could lift a car at a normal size. Defeated by the tall building, the Elekid gives up all hope of ever moving it as he is. Xan smirks at the fortunate turn of events.

Bringing his Spoons to bear like a duelist drawing swords, Xan flicks a white lighting arc at Plugger, with the means of paralysing the disappointed pokemon. But Plugger isn't finished yet, creating a brilliant shild consisting of five bright white stars. The lightning arc slams into the formost star, cracking it, but failing to break through and hit Plugger. Xan looses his smirk, as Pluger steals it away from him.

There's one problem now, and the smirks once again switch places. Plugger's final attack had all been resting on him being able to lift an entire building. With no idea what to do, he is at the mercy of his opponent, and Xan isn't feeling merciless. Concentrating on his telekinetic powers, the Kadabra lifts a nearby police car, shaking it fist so the policemen inside can get out. Turning his attention to Plugger, the Psychic type throws the vehicle at the electric type. Plugger is instantly knocked to the floor by the car, and becomes trapped beneath it. Things have started off badly for the electric pokemon.

Plugger: I somewhat expected to be bigger. Must kill Kadabra...
Me: Umm, agreed.
First use a Dynamic Punch to get this thing off of you then use a Toxic on that Kadabra followed up with a T-Bolt.
Subs: If he uses Protect on turn 2 or 3 just relax.

Right. I don't know if Plugger is pinned in such a way that he even could try to punch the car off of him, much less succeed in that attempt. If it looks like he could pull it off, Xan, just Disable him; no sense in taking chances. Otherwise, continue to pile on whatever heavy objects are at telekinetic hand.

* Round Two Begins *

Plugger, trapped beneath a police car channels his energies into an explosive punch, his fist glowing with a white kinetic aura. The explosive punch is strong enough, even from a small pokemon such as Elekid, to break the police car in two. But mid swing, Plugger finds himself slowing, as if he were punching through water. A brief check sees Xan concentrating, a faint red glow around both him and Plugger, as he disables the electrical pokemon's attack.

As the kinetic energy fades and disappaears due to lack of movement, Plugger finds himself still stuck under the car. Xan stops concentrating and searches around for another object to throw at his foe. Nearby is another abandoned car, perfect for dropping on unsuspecting pokemon. As plugger lies still traped, the thought of using Toxic seems like a bad idea. A red car falls out of the sky and lands besides the poliuce car, trapping Plugger beneath two vehicles now.

Xan searches for another car or something else he can throw, deciding instead to uproot a tree and toss that across. As the tree falls, a blast of electrical energy sparks out from under the cars, frying the tree on it's way down and crisping it up. Xan is knocked out of his psychic concentration by the sudden flare of light and the tree drops straight down, mangled and burnt by the resulting attack from beneath.

Two questions: Given that Elekid is now under two cars and a tree, to what extent can he still move? And is he taking damage from being crushed underneath these things, or did he just take damage from being hit by them and is now only pinned?

RaZoR LeAf

3rd time lucky, lets see if posts don't disappear or fail to load this time.

Elekid takes damage from anything that lands on him. If another item were to land on him, he'd take damage through pressure exerted on him by the rest of the cars.

As for movement, the two cars are leaning against each other forming a pyramid over him, with th tree lying across them on top.

* Round Three Begins *

As Xan continues to search for fresh objects to pile on top of Plugger, the small Electric pokemon follows his commands carefully. But what should he do? He doesn't recall ever using Dig beofre. He claws at the ground in an attempt to furnish a Dig, but fails. In the meantime, Xan has pulled another tree out of the ground and has dropped it ontop of the pile up putting more pressure on the collection of objects and pushing down to trap Plugger more.

With nothing left but to use Thunderbolt, Plugger uses it in the hope that a directed assult will move the cars. But alas, as they are metal the electricity is merely conducted into the trees which shrivel and burn from the energy. Xan on the other hand is running out of things to throw. A park Bench is about all he can find, so that lands with a clatter on the edge of the pile up.

Another Thunderbolt later, and the trees have fried, lifting some pressure off the cars and moving them just a little in anycase. The last park bench clatters besides the cars, spraying splinters at Plugger and leaving small cuts all over his body.

As no DQ was set, i'm going on the standard 1 week. It's been 7 days since the reffing, and I see no sign of Pikachu101. If there's no post from him by the time I log back on tonight, then the match goes in favour of Prodigy.
