A simple look at your deck's creature tells me that your deck is more of a deck out component rather than 'shut out' ! A total 'shut out' would mean denying him the rights to play any cards be it magic, trap or creature. However that deck is virtually impossible. I've seen decks and the closest I've seen is Dark Templarz's deck.

My fix:
- 2x Asura Priest
- 1x Witch of the Black Forest
- 1x Deliquent Duo
- 1x Confiscation
- 1x Drop Off

+ 1x Swarm of Locust
+ 1x Swarm of Scarabs

That focuses your deck and gives you a more rounded number of cards, but you will need more than 40 in order to outlast your opponent.

Needle worms? Morphing Jar 2s? They are essential creatures to a deck out deck.
