To start off with, an elemental Alakazam always sounds better in theory than it works in practice. Try getting rid of Ice Punch in favor of Calm Mind. Ice Punch will really only be effective against dragons, anyway, and a Calm Minded Psychic should be more than enough against them. The only other advantages of Ice (flying and grass) are covered by the other two punches.

Two good Toxic Annoyers are Cradily (with proper stats) and a Baton-passed Shedinja. Both are difficult to take down in the right situations and could do some damage in tag battles with a magnetic Pokemon or a Wobuffet on your side.
