After I bet Blaine, I exited the gym, and Gary came up to me and asked me a question.

i saved after i bet Blaine. If you say the second option, he just walks away. But if ya pick the first option, a boat comes, and takes you to those new islands!
He then leads to to another guy, and they give ya 3 items...

Weird huh?

I have beaten the elites b4 on another seperate game, but that time Gary didnt come and talk to me...


...hmmm, and you can travel between the 1st 2 islands, via the boat...

...I saved the girl, and now there is a guy talking about "70"

Actually it's Bill. He pops up and asks if you wanna see the Rainbow Islands. Dunno about the 70 thing...maybe "Come back when you have 70 pokemon"?
