Metagross really isn't such a though guy.
Pursuit shouldn't be here.
Try something that can defeat pokémon who have moves that can hurt your Metagross instead.

I would give Mightyena 5/10

Raichu: SLAM?Why?
It really doesn't give raichu any advantages over other pokémon.
Your opponent will be using Ground type pokémon to overcome him and slem isn't going to help.

I think that Delcattys are weaklings, but that's just my puny oppinion.

Swampert: 8.5/10

Ninetailes should have a stronger fire attack like Flamethrower.

And that's pretty much it.

Not bad, but also not very good.
