Scanners for cheap?

I need some help finding a scanner for cheap (we're taking $50~$70 range). If anyone knows of quality scanners for that price, it'd be a big help.

I'm just tired of my MS Paint skills getting mocked. Not that my real stuff is that much better, but it is needed for school as well.

Hurry, hurry... There's not a lot of time left to bid on some of them... lol... There's lot's on there for under $50 even... But, if you don't have a credit card or something then... I suggest you put an add in the paper... Saying something like, "Wanted: Cheap Scanner" or check out some yard sales or something...
