I dont know much about team rating but i think it would help to have only one move of a type on a pokemon
e.g
Raichu@Amulet Coin
Thunder
Shockwave (OK for paralyzing)
Thunder Bolt
Flash

Thunder and thunderbolt are similar moves so u could use Iron Tail or something. There is no attack against Ground pokemon so u might want to think about maybe changing that
