Celebi Moveset

Does anyone have any ideas on how to make a good Celebi moveset? This is my current setup:

Celebi:Modest:Leftovers

Psychic
Giga Drain
Leech Seed
Calm Mind

No heal bell, I only use Celebi so that is kinda wasted.
Also, does anyone have a code to get a Shining Celebi with a Gameshark? I think I have version 1.2 or something like that it is kinda old.

most people use recover over giga drain... or calm mind, and they use heal bell as well...

psychic, leech seed, recover, heal bell...

doesnt really get to abuse the benefits of setting up as it has 1,001 weakness

ive not got a celebi on ru/sa but i got one on crystal at a roadshow. Heres its moveset:

Psychic (one pp up used)
Giga drain
Recover
Ancient Power

Trust me it is one powerful poke
