i have a gameshark pro and i entered the code and i have not caught a mew yet

The mew code is at the top of the page. It works alot better/legally.

Yeah, all you need for the legal code is patience and the ability to follow instructions. Anyway, this is a forum, not a gameshark code site... If you want help with that, email the people who came up with the codes... or something. *shrug* I have no idea how Gameshark works, so I can't help you. Sorry.
