Box Compatabillity

Well, I guess I know the answer to this already, having just tried and failed to connect pokemon Ruby to japanese Pokemon Box, but I'm just hoping that somehow I screwed it up...

But anyway, is there some sneaky way to make an English (British Region, actually) Ruby cart compatable with Japanese Pokemon Box?

As of right now, the Japanese versions of Pokémon Ruby/Sapphire are required to use Pokémon Box. The Japanese version of Pokemon Box will not read save files from any other version of Pokémon Ruby/Sapphire other than the Japanese ones.
