Team help desperately needed

I was told to repost this in this forum...

I've been working on [another] new team recently, but I'm stumped. Blocked. Confused. Hindered. And other such synonyms. So, I've come here for help. I'm gonna post my current team (basic stuff only, no nature or anything) so you can see how badly I suck. I only have a few simple requests about your suggestions:

1-The Mewtwo, Ho-oh, and Tyranitar stay on the team. You can change their moves, but I've been using these three with great success since the days of GSC.

2-I have a Gameshark (only for catching unobtainables), so the team can have any out of the 386, but I dislike using Legendaries (the three listed above are the only exception EVER, cause I like them)

3-If you suggest EV distribution, please state which stat corresponds with which EV (ie: HP/50)

4-Some UU would be nice, maybe Banette, Mawile, or Vaporeon (I love those 3 :D ) plus a UU Annoyer?

5-Please don't post stupid stuff just to be mean, I never did anything to you. :(

not a spinda expert but it looks ok....you might want to question spinda b/c of speed....?

meh...you need a psychic....use gardy or 'zam instead....but it looks ok otherwise....just watch for normal types...

btw Tyranitar isn't a legendary, it's just really OU...
