In the year 2010 in the City of New New York, a radioactive waste dump had become a hang out for local gangs. One night a group of young teens was brought there for a MAJOR beating for interfering with one gang’s affairs. Little did the teens or the gang members know it, but the waste containers were leaking a toxic gas that would mutate the body and the mind. The gas would give the inhaler powers. Special powers that could be used for good or evil. This is where you come in. You are those teens in the gang and that had been on the receiving end of the violence of the gang. You have been mutated to be what some would consider a freak, to others… a miracle. You choose to use your newly found gifts for good or evil. Now IT BEGINS!!!!!!!!
