The arena is on top of a 10 story building in the middle of Tempe, Arizona. It is a concrete arena, with no walls. The size of the battling area is about 50 yards squared. Breaking the arena in any form is forbidden, as it is an office building. The arena's locale is key, as the temperature on the arena is about 85F. Sunny Day starts off in effect, as we are in a very arid place. Rain Dance is very difficult to perform here, and will see highly reduced effectiveness.
