OK, the only help I can give is possible moveset suggestions.

Ninetales: Confuse Ray > Safeguard

Gardevoir: Good. Perfect. Standard.

Absol: Get it happy and put on Return. Then nice work on using a moveset to rape it's high attack stat, but shouldn't the EV dist. be on Atk, not Sp. Atk? Maybe I'm not sure what you're doing, whatever.

Vileplume: I'd go Aromatherapy > Moonlight.

Milotic: Fairly standard, maybe Light Screen/Attract over Confuse Ray, but that's really all preferance.

Machamp: Yep.

I'm not sure about CR on Ninetales, because it and Roar don't mix very well. It's really supposed to burn then shuffle, and confuse ray goes away with the switch.

As for Absol, it was really meant to be Attack and not Sp. Attack. I goot mixed up, sorry ^^"

I don't know if you should have Will-o-wisp on two pokemon. You should probably replace it on Gardevoir, since it has a lower speed. I'm not gonna do a full rate, but I'll make that suggestion.
