I'm no expert here...

I do know that Regice would probably last longer, at least using Amnesia and rest, and you might as well go all-out since you're including a legendary.

I really couldn't give too much advice without knowing the rest of your team - choose whichever one covers your weaknesses best.

Why I think Latias is an 00ber and wouldn't suggest using it online play, there is no reason why not to take advantage of its great type and stats, go with it.

I agree with Sir Chris, an 00ber is an 00ber but there's no point in debating it. Rather the Pokemon being used is simply looked down upon.
